The team

The Governance team in Luxembourg counts three team members and provides Governance and Company secretarial services to the public and private assets business comprising the SIM EU Board, fund boards for which SIM EU acts as the Management Company/AIFM and its respective committees. 

 

What you’ll do

·         Support in Blueprint gap-analysis using a checklist to ensure it is up to date and in line with Entity Governance Policy

·         Maintain the Governance Events calendar

·         Maintain the Reporting calendar

·         Organise the team meetings, collecting agenda items from team members, distributing supporting materials, owning the actions log and arranging for occasional guest speakers to attend the team weekly meetings (if needed).

·         Support the Company Secretary team with the preparation of minutes extracts requests as well as the preparation of the actions log ahead of the Board/Committee meetings based on the extract from the Actions Tracker Tool.

·         Support in the KYC/Due Diligence requests

·         Assist in preparing paper commission message and drafting agenda for upcoming meetings based on the reporting calendar and action items from the previous meetings. Create Board Packs on Board Intelligences based on the meeting agenda..

·         Manage Expense Reimbursement

 

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

·         Student in Business Law with a 6-month curricular internship  

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Good organisational and time management skills

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Fluency in English

·         Computer literacy in Excel and Word
