Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Client Executive to join our Client Group team in Hong Kong to provide sales support to Institutional Business and Pension Business teams. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Assist the sales teams in preparing pre-meeting materials for sales presentations
  • Assist in client meetings, including pre-meeting preparation, logistics arrangements and making meeting notes if joining in person
  • Assist in other sales matters including eDM distribution, RFPs and other ad hoc tasks
  • Respond to clients enquiries on product questions (both over the phone or email);
  • Assist the team in Salesforce maintenance, such as preparing internal reports, CRM maintenance such as logging client contacts, meeting notes, campaigns etc
  • Assist the team in marketing events
  • Provide administrative and sales support on market research, projects and other ad hoc tasks;
  • In a longer term, able to develop business development capabilities and contribute to the teams long-term strategic growth objectives

 

Essential Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent subjects
  • CFA candidate will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in global asset management companies or related industry
  • Good in both communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoys analytical work and finer details
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn new applications
  • Proficient in speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred.
