Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Client Services Manager/Executive to join our Client Services team and work under the direction of the Head of Distribution Client Services and part of a team that delivers effective and efficient client servicing and reporting support to the Client Directors. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Provide client servicing and support to an assigned group of clients
  • Prepare customized client reports and be responsible for managing the distribution process for all client reporting (e.g. valuation and performance reports, management and performance fee invoices, quarterly investment reports and economic outlook information) and ensuring all deadlines are met properly;
  • Prepare materials for client meetings (including re-pitches) and member briefings for review by Client Directors and coordinate printing and distribution with admin team;
  • Prepare and coordinate ad-hoc and non-standard reporting as required by clients from time to time;
  • Source data for and prepare responses to ad-hoc client requests and administration queries;
  • Communicate regularly with the Client Directors and ensure they are fully apprised of any developments or issues related to their clients;
  • Coordinate the rollover process for Defined Contribution pension scheme clients;
  • Responsible for client on-boarding coordination (including initial and on-going due diligence KYC/AML);
  • Provide reporting support to distributors;
  • Work with various departments such as Investment support, Performance, Marketing, Legal and Compliance and Operations, to ensure that proper client records are set up in all systems and any changes to client details are made on a timely and accurate basis in line with internal procedures;
  • Ensure proper filing of all client records (in line with internal and external requirements) in share folders and respective system(s)(soft copies) and by Legal (hard copies of legal documents);
  • Coordinate the system workflows and signing of legal documents according to internal procedure;
  • Field standard retirement hotline queries;
  • Assist in projects when needed.

 

Essential Skills / Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector preferably in Asset Management
  • In-depth knowledge on client servicing within asset management institutional business and intermediary business
  • Proven experience in managing projects related to distribution initiatives such as reporting automation
  • High proficiency in Salesforce, KYC and client on-boarding
  • Enjoys interacting with clients and internally across teams
  • Strong communicator in English and Cantonese
