Who we’re looking for 


We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join us on a 1 year contract and based out from our Hong Kong office.

You will be involved in analysis and providing implementation support for business.  This is a business facing role and will actively work with business to ensure effective delivery of the various initiatives including CRM, Data Analytics, Client Portal, Client Query Management that covers: 

  • Data Access of Information
  • Business Readiness
  • Data Enhancement & Migration
  • Impact assessment of changes
  • Client and Product Mappings
  • Enhance user stories and provide clarity
  • Pre UAT/Go-Live Training
  • Design and management of the implementation of process and organizational changes 

You’ll also support the Program Managers and Business Leads in management of the stakeholder communities and building confidence and re-energising the user communities 


You’ll need to work with various IT workstreams to write business specifications and develop effective relationships with business stakeholders and project members

The Team


Our Distribution business has implemented a core CRM system, Salesforce (SF) in 2004. Since then the footprint and use of that system has grown organically. Adoption of the system and core processes has been variable and often inconsistent resulting in the SF no longer fit for purpose in supporting a global, large-scale Distribution organisation.

A CRM effectiveness initiative has been kicked off to address this situation. Starting with a business-led piece of operating model definition work, this initiative will set out the Target Operating Model for Schroders’ CRM Ecosystem and then define a change plan to implement it. There is an ongoing demand on enhancement to reach the CRM Ecosystem the business is trying to achieve.

We’re also involved in other Distribution initiatives including Data Analytics, Digital Client Service Portal, Client Query Management which is part of the plan to build complete a robust CRM Ecosystem. 

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need 

  • Degree graduate with at least 2~3 years of relevant experience within a financial services preferably in a fund management sector
  • Experience working with CRM or knowledge of Salesforce
