Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at Benchmark Capital, you'll be the frontline contact for financial advisors and consumers. Your role includes:

·         Confidently handling KYC & Due Diligence processes, SLA reporting, Client MI Transactions, and Support & Issue Resolution.

·         Addressing queries in line with established processes.

·         Taking ownership of queries till resolution.

·         Mastering Financial Services market platforms.

·         Proactively seeking solutions and offering feedback.

·         Contributing in team meetings and ensuring customer satisfaction against SLAs.

Requirements:

Essential:

·         Advocate for Treating Customers Fairly principles.

·         Strong phone etiquette and handling challenging calls.

·         Willingness to learn and adapt.

·         Meticulous attention to detail.

·         Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

·         Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.

·         Organized with rapid rapport-building skills.

Preferred:

·         Experience in Financial Services.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
