The Digital Communications Manager will work within the Schroders Communications Team, concentrating on managing communications across all external digital channels, particularly focusing on web and social media. They will also be responsible for delivering key initiatives that align with the digital communications strategy and roadmap.

 

They will also work closely with individuals across a range of business functions, geographies and communications channels to deliver an innovative digital communications strategy, ensuring consistent application of best practice and alignment with business objectives.

 

• Deliver the digital communications strategy, roadmap and governance framework across a range of business functions, geographies and channels. Drive future initiatives to further develop the digital communications vision.

• Maintain close relationships with core stakeholders to ensure digital communications strategy is delivering on business objectives and understand scope for further development.

• Define and manage product development backlog for digital communications. Ensure the backlog is driven by data-led insight and supports progression in technology and user experience.

• Work closely other digital teams to enable collaboration between teams and increase knowledge sharing and optimum use of existing platforms.

• Manage relationship with Agile scrum team and/or third party suppliers to ensure effective delivery of product backlog in order to support key projects.

• Leverage analytics and feedback to measure performance of digital platforms, driving stakeholder decisions and defining future initiatives to deliver on digital communications strategy.

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant platforms and other associated products. Be recognized as a subject matter expert for the digital communications experience.

• Ensure compliance and regulatory best practices are adhered to across digital communications platforms.

• Robustly monitor project costs to ensure cost-effectiveness
