Essential Skills and Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in economics, business, statistics, mathematics, finance or relevant related fields; CFA or advanced degrees
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience as
    • Fixed income analyst, preferably with exposures in Indonesia macro portfolio management, or
    • Bonds/ fixed income strategist or
    • Quantitative finance, or
    • FX strategist / market economist, or
    • Data analyst from financial data providers
  • Solid understanding of fixed income instruments and portfolio construction process
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning ability
  • Strong capability in spreadsheet modelling
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented multi-location environment
  • Eager learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in global markets
  • A good understanding of Indonesian capital market regulations and the legal framework for loan and debt.
  • Holding an active licence of Investment Manager Representative will be an advantage.
