For our Key Account Desk within Wealth Management at Schroder & Co Bank AG in Zurich we are looking for a new team member as

 

Family Office Support with Database and VBA skills

 

The Key Account Desk, a small, highly qualified team responsible for servicing a large client mandate consisting of trusts and companies, is looking for a Client Support Specialist who will support the team with an extensive Microsoft Access / SQL Server knowledge and a general IT affinity.

 

Job Specification

  • Execution of clients’ orders, payments and trades ensuring complete adherence to client specifications, compliance, internal rules and all relevant regulations
  • Prepare and execute investments into private equity 
  • Maintenance and usage of VBA-run Access databases to support the reporting to the clients
  • Overseeing projects to modernize our reporting infrastructure for compatibility with Temenos T24, collaborating closely with teams on redesigns, support, and testing
  • Preparation of bespoke reporting and handling of information requests by the client 
  • Supporting and executing daily client cash management tasks
  • Confirmation of order execution and handling of the document management / electronic archiving 
  • Daily administrative tasks of the desk 

 

Required profile

  • Banking apprenticeship or degree in finance/economics and ideally at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in taking care of UHNWI clientele and committed to apply a high client- and service- orientation towards the client lifecycle 
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Extensive Microsoft Access / SQL Server knowledge and a general IT affinity
    • VBA programming skills is a key requirement for this role
    • Fluency in English, German knowledge highly desirable
    •  Team player, supportive, with the ability to deal in a transparent and collegiate manner
  • Positive, empathetic personality and a flexible can-do attitude. Able to handling multiple assignments at the same time and work accurately under time pressure.
