To strengthen our Swiss Marketing & Communications team in Zurich we are looking for a
Marketing Manager with several years of sales experience (Asset Management)
Responsibilities
With the aim of strengthening the diversity profile of the Marketing & Communications team, the candidate should have a strong investment product and market knowledge to meet the needs of Schroders’ clients in Switzerland. #client centricity.
Focus (abstract)
Client centricity as at the core of everything we do. As such, learning from client responses is just as important as orchestrating marketing activities. We are looking for a client-focused individual with a strong sales background in Asset Management to join our Swiss Marketing & Communications team as Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the interests and needs of our clients with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach. You will create and prepare targeted content in line with our product offering, considering the client journey and market trends. You will cover areas across Asset and Wealth Management, with a strong focus on the Private Markets sector (www.schroderscapital.com). This is a newly created position with a wide range of activities.
Areas
Content creation & distribution (product marketing), e-mail marketing, market/competitor research, event management as well as social media.
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong affinity to (product) marketing and several years’ experience in Asset Management and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent CRM skills and a high level of technical and digital competence. They should be able to think in both a networked and interdisciplinary way and be familiar with all key aspects of sales and marketing. The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to others in the business is an advantage. The candidate should be a native speaker of German, English or French and have a high level of fluency in the other two languages. A CFA or similar qualification would be an advantage.
