We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Analyst/Controller to join our dynamic asset management team in real estate. This permanent position is well suited to an to individual that is looking to advance their career in financial analysis and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

The team
Asset managers form an integral part of the real estate team at Schroders. You will work in a cooperative environment within an international setting in a small, dynamic team with a flat hierarchy focused on assets in Germany.
What you’ll do
· Create asset business plans using tailor-made software while monitoring and steering the budget process
· Analyse asset management initiatives for lettings and revitalisations, including comparing assumptions with the purchase and budget
· Assume responsibility for the operational reporting processes
· Conceptually develop and implement analysis and reporting tools
· Manage controlling of external service providers (property managers, facility managers etc.)
· Support implementation of digitilisation processes & measures
· Content-related and administrative control of special projects in asset management
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
· University degree in economics, business administration, real estate, economics or comparable qualification with a focus on finance
· High affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills
· Very good knowledge of cash flow modelling
· Very good skills in all common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
· Interested in the German real estate market
· First relevant work experience
· Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, developing and taking on responsibility
