As the Sales Manager for Intermediary Business at Schroders, you will manage all aspects of the relationship between Schroders and prospective clients & distributors; to achieve sales targets and forward Schroders as a preferred business partner 

 

 You will market Schroders funds to prospective clients & distributors by : 

  • Developing and implementing sales & product strategies
  • Conduct branch visits & presentations 
  • Provide fund and market information
  • Establish strong working relationships by understanding fully each clients and distributors requirements
  • Motivate branch staff to sell Schroders’ funds 
  • Handle investors and brokers’ hotline
  • Initiate & develop joint marketing activities/ programs with distributors

To be successful in this role you should possess the following requisites

  • Proactive and adaptable approach
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves working closely with the legal, operations, sales, marketing, investment, and compliance teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational, numerical and analytical skills
