This breadth of services across public and private markets allows for distinctive solutions for the diverse needs of clients, who look to Schroders to provide superior long-term investment outcomes.

Who we are looking for:

To be eligible for this programme you must have completed a minimum of 1-year regular service in the Armed Forces. We recognise and value the typical qualities of former service personnel; we are looking for bright individuals with an evidenced background of high achievement within the Armed Forces.  Individuals are expected to be degree level educated, demonstrate leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills, as well as an interest in asset management.

We are looking for interns in the following areas:

Cazenove Capital Management (‘Cazenove Capital') is the UK Wealth Management business of the Schroder Group in the UK. Cazenove Capital offers specialist financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, charities and their advisers, utilising both Schroders and Cazenove Capital's investment expertise and external providers and resources. We are one of the best providers of portfolio management, banking and investment advisory services for private clients and charities. Founded on the long-term relationships forged over many years, we've established ourselves as a leader in the private wealth management sector. We focus on growing and preserving wealth, using the knowledge of our economics and investment strategy teams, and using both proprietary Schroders investment products and external funds in structuring our clients' portfolios. This enables us to provide a highly personal wealth management service to wealthy individuals, families and their advisers.

We provide a full range of products including deposit-taking, cash management, custody and execution services, discretionary asset management, financial planning, private assets, family office services and specialised lending.

Solutions

Schroders Solutions was formed following the merger of two businesses; Schroders Portfolio Solutions and the River and Mercantile Solutions business, acquired in early 2022. We manage over £200 billion in assets for a variety of clients, primarily in the UK. You will be part of our Global Client Solutions team, which is responsible for creating and delivering customised investment strategies. We engage with a diverse range of clients, including Defined Benefit Pensions, Defined Contribution Pensions, Insurance companies, and other institutional clients, using our extensive knowledge to foster strong relationships. Our team comprises individuals from different backgrounds, including pensions, investment, and asset management, giving you the opportunity to learn from various experiences.
