Treasury Administration Specialist
Job specification
Our Treasury Administration Team is serving several international entities with a wide range of responsibilities.
One of your main task will be the management and supervision of the daily and intraday nostro liquidity positions in close collaboration with the local treasury desks.
Also, you will be in charge of the collateral management (supervision of the daily cash collateral exchange / maintenance of the CSA/ISDA contracts) as well as the settlement of the various Treasury deals (e.g. FX, Money Market, Fiduciaries, Repos, IRS etc.) in our core banking system Temenos T24 and the subsequent payment and confirmation systems SWIFT, SIC and EUR-SIC.
Furthermore you will be involved in testing the various Treasury related system updates and new releases.
In line with the regulatory initiatives like EMIR, MAS or FINFRAG you will be involved with the reporting of derivatives to depositories. Treasury Administration is considered to be the main contact for liquidity, cash and collateral issues within the Wealth Management division. Therefore, we are looking for a strong communicator to facilitate the daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Banking and Finance
• Several years of professional Banking experience
• Good understanding of Treasury products and their settlement process
• Experienced in collateral and cash management
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Regulatory knowledge (EMIR, MAS, FINFRAG, MIFID etc.)
• Efficient and resilient
• Client- and team oriented
• Fluent in German and in English
• Strong communication skills
• open-minded for the ongoing changes in banking
