The Base

We are based at 7 Bryant Park in the heart of NYC. And we have everything we need to work flexibly. We operate a hybrid working model, with a requirement that our 2025 Client Group Grad be in the office 3 days per week. This is to sustain our culture of innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building relationships within the business


The Team

This is an opportunity to work interdependently with an engaged team that sits within a global Marketing and Comms function at a global asset management firm. 


The Program

As part of the Graduate Program, you’ll be given training to help you perform to the best of your abilities. Rotations will take place across our Client Group department in your first two years, so you’ll need to be flexible and open-minded. We encourage our graduates to get as broad an experience as possible so that they choose their career path well. No matter where you are placed, you will be working in teams that are collaborative and supportive.

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we’re looking for

  • 2025 graduate
  • Working knowledge of financial markets and concepts
  • Proficient in Office Suite 


Recruitment process

  1. Online application

  4. Final round interview with senior member of the business

Candidates should be available to start the graduate program in September 2025.


Compensation
 
Schroders offers a base salary of $80,000 for this position.

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
