Role Overview
Schroders Wealth Management (SWM) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Change Management team. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Head of Change and will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with various business units to identify challenges and opportunities, document requirements, and develop solution strategies.
  • Supporting project teams and stakeholders in implementing approved solutions.
  • Ensuring the successful deployment of solutions into the production environment.
  • Leading and mentoring other analysts within the team.

You should possess extensive experience in large-scale business change projects and have a thorough understanding of both front and back office processes, as well as effective stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree and relevant business analysis qualifications (Agile/Scrum, Rational, Waterfall).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, delivering operational change across multiple business areas.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management, particularly concerning private clients, financial advisers, and charities, as well as familiarity with investment management securities and instruments.
  • Expertise in business analysis best practices for eliciting and documenting requirements.
  • Proficiency in applications and technologies relevant to wealth management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating workshops for senior stakeholders.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project delivery in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
  • Preferred experience in Sustainability-related projects.
