Who we're looking for
We're looking for an innovative and enthusiastic graduate to join our 2021 Human Resources Graduate Programme. 

Our HR Graduate Programme is the perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their commercial skills and build a long term career in Human Resources. 

    

The programme

Our two-year rotational programme will offer you the chance to gain a breadth of experience across our teams and a range of exciting initiatives. The teams you could experience are; Learning and Development (including talent management and diversity and inclusion), HR Generalist (including employee relations), Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition (Recruitment).

As part of the Graduate Programme, you will also be given training to help you perform to the best of your abilities and get up to speed on industry knowledge. 

    

The department

Some day to day tasks may include: 

•    Communicating with the different business areas on various topics
•    Working on exciting projects across the different parts of HR
•    Helping to attract talent for our business 
•    Evaluating data to determine employee compensation
•    Working with overseas colleagues on projects or day to day tasks
      

What you'll be like
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
•    Innovative – you’re happy to think outside the box and look for a fresh perspective
•    Flexible – you’ll be happy juggling a variety of tasks and projects 
•    Good attention to detail 
•    Proficient in excel with some experiencing of analysing and managing data
•    We're looking for a  dependable self-starter who have a genuine passion for HR in the investment management industry. 
    
The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
A 2:1 honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed  when it comes to your degree subject
     
Recruitment process

3. Online video interview
4. Assessment centre 
5. Final round interview with a senior member of the business
     
Candidates should be available to start the graduate programme on Thursday 16 September 2021. 
We recruit on a rolling basis so recommend you apply early.
