The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.


The team
The Central Risk & Compliance team owns and manages global Risk and Compliance frameworks, exercises oversight of their application and provides support to global functional teams and business areas including through the Compliance Assurance programme, training, policies, and employee compliance.


What you'll do
Supporting the Central Risk and Compliance team in the operation and further enhancement of core processes associated with Group policies, conflicts of interest, conduct risk oversight and management reporting including: 
•    Assisting with the administration and management of the Group Policy Framework including maintaining the Group Policy Intranet, tracking annual reviews of policies and liaising with Group Policy Stakeholders where required.  
•    Assisting with collation of the quarterly Conduct Risk reporting to Committees and Boards.
•    Coordinating the annual reviews of Global Frameworks (e.g. Conflicts, Conduct & Compliance Framework) and the Global Compliance Risk and Control Assessment to ensure the content remains relevant to all business within the Schroders Group, identifying enhancements/amendments.
•    Assisting with the initial assessment of conflicts of interest submissions from the business and assisting with the coordination of Committee/Board reporting.
•    Completing the initial review of technology events to identify where compliance escalations are required.
•    Assisting with other team activities as required (for example regulatory changes or mandatory training).


The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
•    Demonstrable experience in Regulatory / Compliance / Risk field
•    Experience in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders 


The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
•    Asset Management Compliance or Risk experience
•    Experience of working in a global team
