Team Overview

The Marketing & Communications team in the US is responsible for developing and driving the strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels for US, Canada and Latin America.  This includes the content and campaign management, digital strategy, brand building across social, advertising and web along with email communication and conference and event management.   The team works alongside the distribution teams to ensure that the marketing message is aligned to driving our strategic goals and objectives and ultimately increasing our sales and assets under management across our key strategies. 

Position Overview

This individual will be working to support the digital and marketing strategy for Schroders in the US and Latin America, working alongside the Marketing Manager for digital, as well as local country needs  Primary responsibilities will be management and execution of the digital programs, including email campaigns in Pardot, analytics of email deployments, website updates and any additional digital initiatives. 



  • Digital:
    • Assist in overall support of Schroders digital effort in North America in areas including Email, Social Media, Websites, Branding, Advertising
    • Assist in marketing campaigns to promote brand, products and strategic initiatives through electronic mediums such as email, webinars, etc.  
    • Review and analyze data from email campaigns and provide feedback to enhance targets and prospects, and to ensure delivery of message, timing, content are aligning with efforts to raise brand visibility
    • Execute email campaigns for standard TalkingPoint insights through Pardot
    • Ensure materials are aligned with brand standards and guidelines
    • Review and analyze reports and assist in developing reporting requirements
    • Help build website pages, make quarterly and ad hoc updates to websites
    • Review competition and bring new ideas and examples of ways to enhance current digital experience
    • Where required, translate content from English to Spanish and Portuguese for local sites
    • Monthly review of web traffic, email, social, and advertising results work with team to develop a strategy to increase engagement, with a goal of overall increase in sales & brand building
    • Ability to work on standard quarterly projects and also incoming requests with tight deadlines
    • Help work with sales and marketing associate to clean up Salesforce email lists
    • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines on regulatory changes and rules for marketing communications


  • Social Media & Advertising:
    • Manage deliverables for advertising placements and promoted thought leadership posts
    • Work with social agency and marketing manager to manage organic and promoted social posts
    • Do competitor analysis of the industry on social platforms and make recommendations on new platforms
    • Bring any social knowledge on LinkedIn Live, stories and new ideas for posting content in a creative way
    • Post daily insights content to employee advocacy platform EveryoneSocial


Position Requirements

  • Language skills: Spanish & Portuguese fluent written and oral communication a plus
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to be organized and multi-task
  • Ability to work in a flexible, adaptive work environment
  • Experience with HTML, Episerver, Pardot, Salesforce a plus
