Location
You will be based at our Schroders Campus near Horsham, West Sussex. Experience the serene countryside environment while benefiting from state-of-the-art technology and spacious facilities. Our campus features an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and gym, serving as a great working environment. We offer a dedicated shuttle bus for commuters to and from Horsham’s mainline train station. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and execute various processes within the control function
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable feedback
- Be cross-trained in multiple administrative functions to support different business areas
- Develop knowledge of Platforms in the Financial Services market
- Follow procedures to ensure positive client outcomes
- Source information and think critically to identify solutions
- Review data for accuracy and implement corrective actions for control failures
- Assist in overseeing client-facing literature, collaborating with Marketing and Operational teams
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English Language
- 2 A Levels or equivalent
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Background in technical writing and process documentation
