Client Support Administrator at Benchmark: Chester

 

We are on the hunt for an Administrator who can bring their skills, talent and dedication to our award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners. The primary role will involve supporting our Financial Planners in delivering top-quality advice to our clients.

Location

This position is based at our centrally-located office in Chester city.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling post, scanning, photocopying, filing, and emails
  • Taking phone enquiries and arranging appointments for Advisers
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Setting up new contracts & processing applications under FCA regulations
  • Drafting and sending letters of authority and gathering policy information for research
  • Inputting and updating client data on our internal CRM system - 'Enable'
  • Preparing business packs for Advisers
  • Processing compliance documentation
  • Conducting mail merges e.g. ISA allowance letters/transfer letters for clients joining Benchmark
  • General administrative duties
  • Submitting business on Fusion Platform
  • Utilising spreadsheets
  • Updating client valuations
  • Inputting risk questionnaires
  • Drafting client reports
  • Planning annual reviews and arranging appointments

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior administration experience in Financial Services will be beneficial
  • Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles would be advantageous
  • R01, FA1, FA2 qualification or aspiring to qualify is favoured
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficient excel skills
