Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Student/Intern to join the fast-paced world of Business Management & Change! You will support our regulatory and internal business change projects across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop essential skills in project management. .

As an intern, you will have the chance to actively contribute to our Business Management & Change team and gain practical experience on various projects. Your contributions will directly impact our initiatives and provide you with valuable insights into the realms of project coordination and documentation.

The selected candidates will be expected to provide a tripartite internship agreement from their university or business school.

What you’ll do

During your internship, you will collaborate with our experienced professionals and be involved in a range of tasks, including:

 

·         Assist in coordinating different stages of project management.

·         Analyze project data and preparing progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.

·         Attend project meetings and meticulously recording meeting minutes.

·         Support the creation of comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

·         Perform administrative tasks assigned by our Project Managers.

 

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

 

·         Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate project updates and ideas.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple project components simultaneously.

·         Basic understanding of project management principles to contribute meaningfully to project coordination.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for accurate documentation and analysis.

·         Demonstrable problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to identify and address project challenges effectively.

·         Fluency in the English language to facilitate seamless communication within the team.

 

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

 

·         Familiarity with project management software would be a definite advantage
