Executive Assistant to Global Head of Business Development & Product, Schroders Capital
Location: London, 1 London Wall Place
Role Type: Full-Time, Office-Based (4 days per week)

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Business Development & Product at Schroders Capital. Your role will be central to the successful organisation of a dynamic and newly structured team, requiring agility and adeptness in managing conflicting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Team and Project Support: Assist with the organisation and strategic implementation of the Business Development department and its functions.
- Meeting Management: Coordinate daily meetings, including organisation and preparation of materials, travel arrangements, and follow-up on actions.
- Diary and Travel Arrangements: Manage complex scheduling and create detailed travel itineraries in compliance with company policy.
- Office Management and Administration: Serve as a contact point for facility and IT queries; handle emails and phone communications.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other Executive Assistants to share best practices and support the leadership team.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level.
- Proactive with strong organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German and French skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with an aptitude for learning new technologies such as Gen AI tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure.
