Who we're looking for
The role is for a recently (or soon to be) qualified Chartered Surveyor (1-2years) with real estate experience to assist with portfolio, asset and transaction management.

The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.


What you'll do
•    will assist with the preparation of formal and adhoc client (Board) reporting and presentations for current and prospective investors;
•    will be engaged on portfolio management initiatives including performance monitoring/analysis, debt reporting, lease analysis, fund modelling and fund strategy;
•    will take responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of sustainability metrics and ESG performance, collaborating with the central sustainability teams where required, to ensure both asset and fund level targets are met;
•    will assist with the external audit of the fund;
•    will work alongside the rest of the Fund team and the asset management platform on real estate transactions including underwriting and co-ordination of due diligence;
•    will assist with the asset management of a diversified portfolio of assets. This will include the formulation, production and execution of an annual business plan;
•    will be comfortable liaising with a variety of internal teams and external advisors such as legal, valuation, property management; third party asset managers.


The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
A presentable, bright, and numerical professional is sought to join the team, who should have the following qualities and experience:
•    Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
•    Undertaken (or preparing to undertake) RICS accreditation;
•    Demonstrable knowledge and experience working across real estate markets, including an interest in sustainability practices;
•    Strong analytical and financial modelling skills;
•    Confident working with excel, powerpoint and word;
•    Attention to detail;
•    Confident and clear in conveying their recommendations and rationale.
•    Team player.
