The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team
You will assist the Fund Managers and Senior Analysts with the monitoring of existing investments and portfolios within the Real Estate Solutions platform.  You will underwrite proposed investments and assist with client reporting.  In due course you will be expected to take a lead role in managing the client relationships for a proportion of the business.

What you'll do
•    Monitor existing holding within the Solutions Investment Platform
•    Underwrite proposed new investments and make investment recommendations to the investment committee
•    Assist in the management and reporting of client portfolios, helping to ensure that client portfolios are positioned to meet performance objectives
•    Monitor and review portfolios against risk parameters and other criteria on a regular basis 
•    Ensure that ESG is fully integrated into the investment process and our approach to sustainability is communicated to all clients
•    Assist in the drafting of new RFP's and pitching for new mandates

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

•    Strong numerical skills 
•    Real estate investment industry experience
•    Understanding of multi-manager investment, funds and secondary transactions

•    Previous multi-manager experience is an advantage but not essential for the role
