About the Wealth Change Programme
•    The Wealth Management TOM programme was responsible for the transition of operational activities from the European Wealth Management Service Centre in Zurich to the UK. The transition approach was based on the ‘lift & shift' principle, whereby functions moved across as-is, i.e. without any changes/improvements.
•    This was a foundational step towards creating a more scalable and flexible Wealth Operating Model by maximising synergies between Wealth and Asset Management and where appropriate developing a shared service model to improve client service, optimise operational efficiencies and support the growth of the Wealth Management business.
•    The Wealth Change Programme is the subsequent phase to explore further synergies / alignment throughout 2025, in readiness for future strategic change.
•    The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering key workstreams within this programme.

What you'll do
•    Lead end-to-end project management for a number of key workstreams, including feasibility studies, business case proposals, process re-engineering and future-state operating model implementation. This will include scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
•    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including investment teams, operations, technology, and other support functions.
•    Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
•    Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
•    Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to define operating model needs, including organisational design, process workflows, and technology enablement.
•    Monitor adherence to programme/project governance structures and recommend improvements as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement
•    Act as a liaison between business units, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
•    Communicate project progress and updates through regular reporting and presentations.

Performance Metrics and Reporting
•    Define business outcomes and/or non-tangible/tangible benefits to measure the success of the project.
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and outcomes.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
•    Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, ideally within the financial services sector.
•    Experience in leading business change initiatives, demonstrating successful outcomes.
•    Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support.
•    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Key Competencies
